@Evelyn: Yeah it does give it that old nostalgic feel. An interesting point is that this bridge is probably under 15 years old.

This is actually a crop from tomorrow's shot. After I had processed it I decided to see if I could make a good detail of the underside of this bridge. So back to photoshop ( elements 4.0 to be exact ).
I lightened the shadows and it lit up the underside , but it was at the expense of color saturation. I wasn't pleased with the grain until I removed the color all together.

That's when it started to look old. I boosted to contrast for some more grain and then slid the temperature slightly for a warming effect. This is the result , judging by the comments I guess I did ok ; )
