I don't always look this Devilish..do I ?

This past Friday evening I met my friend Hillery for a game or two of chess. And until recently she has always given me a very tough and challenging game.
I say until now because I found a new strategy , but it has nothing to do with the game itself.

I was concentrating on my move when I suddenly heard a click, then again click. this went on and on..click ..click ..click .
I finally found her weakness, a way to break her will and focus..It's the camera ! ( She can't keep her hands off it )

Placing it conveniently with-in her reach has toppled her once stone wall of defence . As long as I hear that click...click ....click , victory is assured.

Just a moment before the click that captured this image of me I took her Queen, ya should have seen the look on her face !

I would be put off my game, I can tell you, if I saw THAT face - and now you've made a rod for your own back, you'll never get your camera back!! Revenge.

Yes, I have to agree about the grey wash. She shot the original image in monochrome and unfortunately it was very under exposed . In the RAW my whole front side excepts for the highlights on the side was black ! Raising the light level brought out some detail but with the washed out side effect.

Though I'm still a novice using PS I must admit it is fun trying to figure out how to get the proper effect, if you have any suggestions of how I can better this image ,please do tell I'm all ears !

The last thing she said before I filed was : Why don't you get a hair cut !
And as you can tell by the length of it this has been dragging out for way to long haha .

yes... that is just a slightly creepy shot... but the look seems to be canceled out by the normal background and grey wash... cool

@kiah: The original image was so dark it was quite a chore to be made recognizable .
I looked like a dark shadow .
