I took this shot from atop College Hill in January .
Fred - this is a great view! I love these type of shots! Great b/w with excellent tones! Still looks pretty cold!

Nice use of sepia toning, the trees also make for good natural framing devices in the foreground of the scene. Great stuff

@Chris Sullivan: Thank you very much, I lucked out with the trees while trying to find a clear spot to shoot from on top of that hill.
Great layers here. You have the trees in the foreground, the buildings, bridge, water, mountains - such sense of depth!
