Ok, so I've been slacking. But take into consideration that my camera went on a trip with Hill to Chicago without me. ( She took it with her to a modeling gig she had).
I must admit she brought it back with over 500 images on the memory card so I suppose a series on her trip would be in order. It all started with a drive to the Philly airport for her 7:30 flight to Chicago.
At first the plan was that I was going to just drop Hill off and hang out until I was sure she was safely on the plane, I invited our mutual friend Jane along for the ride because I knew she'd like to see her friend off, plus I'd have some company for the long ride back to Easton.
Jane asked if it was ok for her boyfriend to tag along, this wasn't a problem...Then since this was the case Hillary invited her's along also. Suddenly I was the driver of a mini van filled with teenagers which I like to refer to as the Short bus now. Some of the following images will confirm why I christened it so.
The flight in which she was supposed to catch was postponed from 7:30 to 10:00 PM due to bad weather at the destination. I wasn't about to leave this airport till she was safely on the plane so we had time to kill.
Funny how the place emptied as time went on, I've never seen a vacant airport before. So what to do ? For me it was easy, I just watched as these kids found ways to entertain themselves.
Here's Jane and Hill's b/f Mike testing alternative means of travel .
I remember playing with a lift once and my dad syaing 'you're a juvenile delinquent!' (He wasn't joking :)) Oh youth. Now I'd have got myself a paper n a copy of AP. Got a feeling this will be a fun series. Cheers Fred
