I was wondering around the place last week .
The size of the property and number of abandoned buildings amazed me, this place as it stands could probably be fixed up into 100's of luxury condos . Or even thought of a restaurant in a unique mall setting came to mind.
There is just to much to see to fit into a few shots, it's a shame that these old structures with their vaulted ceilings and interesting architecture are just wasted to the passage of time.
lovely shot - looks like a very lonely and desolate place - too bad it is being wasted

@Art Monkey: The strange part is this location isn't far from the middle of town. Everyone just seems to over look it.
I like the aged effect of the sepia monochrome.

@Ken McCoy: Thanks, it seemed fitting as the original color shot had a bleak tone to it I decided to emphasize the mood.
Looks like you brought your camera this time. Look forward to the series.

@Lezek: Thanks much ! There's something I enjoy about trying to age the photos.

@DTW: Glad you like it, we have quite a few in the area .
I think you have a wonderful idea for a refab of the building! Too bad you couldn't find some investor to get started on that : ) Nice shot...love the tones.
