It's very clear that there is no ventilation problem here .
I bet it smells inside though. I like the composition of this one. Did you manage to get inside?

@Fallenargo: I was inside years ago, I recall it being musty but for the most part the floors and walls seemed very sturdy. There was some water damage in parts but it wasn't so bad. I'm surprised a vagrant or two didn't jump out at me .
They have the whole joint boarded up pretty well now I noticed that it still has power by some active electrical meters I inspected, also there were signs of an alarm system so I decided it a good idea not to kick down a door this time /grin .
